Everything for the standard scope is included — supplies, equipment, and consumables for the tasks on your checklist. If you prefer specific products (a particular disinfectant, a green-certified line, your own paper stock), we note it during the walkthrough and use it.
However you're comfortable — keys, a door code, or a lockbox. Access is documented and held by the same assigned crew, not handed around. Every visit ends with a locked-on-exit confirmation right on the signed checklist, so you can see the building was secured.
Easier than staying frustrated. The walkthrough takes twenty minutes and your written scope follows within 48 hours. We coordinate the start date around your current arrangement so there's no gap in coverage — most offices switch over a single weekend.
You hear it from us first. Anything not completed is flagged on the signed checklist before you notice it, with a note on when it's handled. If we got something wrong, we make it right on the next visit at no charge — that's the whole point of putting the process in writing.
